Headphones for Working Out

I've been a long time earbud user, but I now have some good reasons to ditch the headphones for something better. The new wireless earbuds from Apple, which are available in different designs and colors, come with a charging case that makes it easy to charge your headphones while having them at home. Here's what my experience was.

First of all, they're a little bit bigger than any traditional earbud but not too much. They have a built-in microphone so when chatting on Skype or Facebook, you can hear what's being said without actually hearing what you're saying. Another very obvious feature is noise cancellation, as the ANC works pretty well and has effectively erased most common noises in the room where you're listening, even if someone else is in the same vicinity.

You even get support for Siri by default, which makes voice control easier, especially on devices like iPhone, iPad, and Mac computers. Additionally, there are also four types of music playback on offer (s classical, pop, rock, and soul). So you don't need to use up any more battery as the 4 types fit into each other nicely.

However, these aren't just earbuds that do their work quietly using Bluetooth technology, they have a built-in Wi-Fi radio, which is very convenient if you're always on-call or want to listen to the latest jams or tunes. Also, because they're active noise-canceling headphones, I was able to enjoy the silence quite easily as I was walking around in the background. It may sound odd to call this "true-wireless earbuds," as these earbuds come with a rechargeable connector for both wired connections and wireless signals, so you can easily switch between any number of earbud models at any time.

But since these earbuds are powered through USB-C, the connection is stable even if the cable is lost in the middle of nowhere. This means you can connect two pairs of such earbuds together on the go without worrying about losing them or not knowing which pair is connected to which one.

In addition, they have an IPX7 rating meaning dust-proof and sweat-proof earbuds are perfectly safe for the ears. Plus, each model comes with different headphones, so there is no fear of running out on your daily commute.

Lastly, these earbuds are quite comfortable to wear for hours in a row without needing to keep their earphones out of sight to avoid annoying people who wouldn't mind listening to your conversations while still looking after their own needs.

I must say though that I also had a few problems while wearing these earbuds for a day or two, namely that the case didn't get charged overnight and kept sounding bad. As soon as the case came out onto the table, it would charge slowly until the earbuds were charged completely, then it started to do so slowly again, often in the morning.

Now it seems like your earbuds are stuck in their buds for ages before they can receive full power. However, whenever they're dropped back in, they immediately start playing your favourite music, making me feel less sad.

Even when not connected to a phone, I could tune out those who were next to me. When I got tired of listening to songs on my phone screen, I simply put these in my pocket and listened to them alone. And I must say as long as someone wasn't around, these seemed to hold my attention pretty well. These aren't as good as real headphones and they only come with a charger, which might be a problem in certain situations.

As I mentioned earlier, I was pleasantly surprised with these earbuds when I went back to work after the Christmas holidays, and I started taking several regular calls through call centers over the course of a week. Yes, I was able to concentrate on my tasks well during the first few days without having to turn to a digital distraction as everyone just wanted to know how many times it takes you to press enter on every email, reply to text messages, etc.

But these weren't like classic headphones, they didn't block most sounds and didn't drown out the volume of my conversations. They just worked for me, and these lasted from five minutes to an hour without feeling any discomfort while working and doing everything I needed to. A few moments later, I realized that the earbuds were already on the way, thanks to another set of earbud cases.

Fortunately, these new earbuds came with a quick download, so if you forgot where to take your charges, you could still manage to reach the company's point of sale department and buy the earbuds and get them back online without wasting a second.
